Ordering and Shipping Policy
You may use your Charge Card, ( VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). If you receive your products C.O.D., the C.O.D. fee from
RPS will be added to your order. We are required to collect applicable sales tax on merchandise purchased.
Your web order will not reflect you sales tax status. When we
process your order ...items that qualify for tax exempt will do so.
R.G. Shakour Beauty Supply orders are delivered via RPS or delivery truck.
Your order confirmation may say UPS but it is RPS that we use.
The total that shows on your order that is processed on the web site
is approximate.
Every effort is made to ship your order complete. Occasionally, we are forced to back order certain items. Back-ordered items
will not be automatically shipped. You must reorder them on your
next order.
Some products may get UPS Hazardous Material charges.
Shipping and freight policies are subject to change without notice.
Pricing Policy
Prices are subject to change without notice and reflect manufacturers' list prices.
We can not be responsible for typographical errors and we will inform you
if an item you have ordered is mistakenly priced.

There are products we distribute which are only available for sale in certain geographic areas. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information in this

Special Orders
We make every attempt to carry the finest and newest products. If you need a product we don't carry, please ask your sales consultant concerning availability. Special orders are non-returnable.
Skin Care and Cosmetics
R.G. Shakour Beauty Supply will be glad to exchange colors of nail polish for
up to 30 days after receipt of goods for other shades of like polish. All other skin care and cosmetic items are not returnable. You must have an invoice or proof of purchase to exchange polish.
MSDS's
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are required from all manufacturers that produce chemicals. It provides information on chemical content, safety precautions, and what to do in case of emergency.
R.G. Shakour has MSDSs available at no charge on all products required to have them.

Exchanges and Returns
Returned check fee is $20.00 and is payable to R.G. Shakour, Inc. upon resubmitting a new check for payment.
All C.O.D. orders returned to us by RPS or other delivery services will be subject to additional shipping charges before future orders are sent out.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days of the purchase date. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
Merchandise was purchased from R.G. Shakour, Inc.
A copy of the original invoice accompanies the item.
Returned items are in resalable condition and have none of the following:
a.) Scarred, faded or crushed packaging
b.) Writing or price stickers
c.) Foreign substances, such as glue, etc.
Special orders and seasonal items are non-returnable.
In order to maintain the professional image of our industry, and to better serve you, we must enforce a
strict policy of selling to currently licensed cosmetologist, licensed manicurists,
barbers, skin care experts and currently enrolled students of cosmetology only!

if you are not a salon owner, your account will be set up with
terms of cash only,
COD, or credit card. R.G. Shakour, Inc. 60 Day Return Policy
• All items must be in excellent, resalable condition or they
will not be accepted for return.
The original invoice number must be provided. Resalable means
no stickers or tags on products,
no writing on products, no sun faded or other package damaged
products, no separated products,
no dust-coated products. Product boxes must be in good
condition. The determination of resalable goods and
merchandise is the sole decision of R.G. Shakour, Inc.
• For any items accepted for return, a merchandise credit will
be issued to the account.
No cash or check refunds will be issued.
• Any purchases from R.G. Shakour may not be returned at Salon
Concepts stores.
Any purchases from Salon Concepts stores may not be returned
to R.G. Shakour.
• All special orders require a 30% credit card deposit at the
time the order is placed.
• Any items authorized for return may be subject to a 30%
restocking fee at the discretion of R.G. Shakour, Inc./Salon
Concepts for any of the following reasons:
• Returned merchandise that is not resalable
• Invoice number cannot be provided.
• 60 day grace period has expired.
• Returned merchandise is promotional material or part of a
pre-packed intro.
• R.G. Shakour, Inc. reserves the right to refuse returns
based on the above criteria and guidelines.
The following items may not be returned:

• Drills & Drill Bits • Show Tickets • Airbrush Equipment and
Supplies
• Nufree Nudesse • Videos & Books • Educational Materials
• Shears & Clippers • Paraffin & Waxing Supplies • All Makeup
and Skincare Products, including Applicators and Brushes
Defective Items:
Defective items can be exchanged with a receipt at R.G.
Shakour/Salon Concepts within 30 days of purchase. After 30
days, you must contact the manufacturer directly. In the event
of payment default, purchaser agrees to pay all costs and
expenses, including reasonable legal fees and disbursements,
incurred by R.G. Shakour/Salon Concepts in collecting payments
due. Purchaser also agrees to pay R.G. Shakour/Salon Concepts
simple interest on unpaid amounts from due date at the rate of
1.5% per month (18% per annum). Returned checks are subject to
a $25.00 processing fee, applicable for each occurrence.
